I've had a ridiculously busy month (and still more to come), but I'm still managing! Luckily I always make sure to keep my fridge stocked with yummy healthy things. Here's what I made in the 2 minutes I had to cook dinner tonight!
Egg beaters with a slice of deli turkey breast, chili powder, chili flakes, guacamole, onions and cilantro (I happened to have it chopped already), all drenched in Tabasco sauce yummmm. Who said eggs are only for breakfast?
