Last week's meal plan continued

The rest of last week's meal planning:

Thursday's crockpot lentil soup for dinner. All ready to go when I got
home and perfect for a night when I had 30 minutes at home to eat dinner.
Friday's lunch: marinated flank steak on salad

Friday dinner: spaghetti squash with homemade slow cooker tomato sauce
with leftover chicken and ham topped with arugula and parmesan
Saturday lunch: zucchini, yellow squash, and tofu topped with leftover
tomato sauce and parmesan with a salad of cucumber, tomato, arugula,
red onion, avocado, dill, lemon, and pistachio oil
