Pre-run breakfast oatmeal

A small bowl of oatmeal for a little pre-run breakfast food. Digesting while I'm at my computer now before I head out the door.
steel cut oats, almond milk, psyllium husks, ground flaxseed, dried apricots, dried cherries, almonds, bananas,
chia seeds, stevia, and a light drizzle of agave
